Logos & Artworks 

By submitting any logos or artwork to Superthreads Ltd for print, you the customer declare that you have all rights to have the supplied artwork printed. Superthreads Ltd can not be held liable for the illegal use of any copyrighted images supplied.

Any artwork with specific design fees paid by the customer and designed by Superthreads Ltd becomes the property of the customer.

Artwork that has been designed by Superthreads Ltd with no specific fee applied remains the property of Superthreads Ltd. Artwork may be released to the customer for external use for a fee.

Proofs & mock-ups

At Superthreads Ltd we will do our best to check all relevant information and spellings before printing. Final print proofs will be provided when applicable. These proofs are a final representation of the printed product and it is solely the responsibility of you, the customer to ensure all information is correct. This includes, but is not limited to, spellings, contact numbers, email addresses, print colours and print positions.

Although correct information may be provided by you, the customer, mistakes can still be made when transferring information from emails and other documents. Because of this, it is important to check all information on the artwork proof/mock-up before confirming you are happy to proceed to print.

Superthreads Ltd cannot be held responsible for any mistakes found after printing has commenced, and any charges for reprinting will be the responsibility of you, the customer.

CLOTHING & PRINT COLOURS

Due to differences in how colours are displayed on monitors, phones and other screens, print and garment colours may differ to how they are shown on screen. Superthreads Ltd cannot be held responsible for issues arising from this.

Superthreads Ltd cannot be held responsible for variations of colours in vinyl, inks and garments. Refunds or replacements can only be issued if there is a mix up in print or garment selection (e.g. White product provided when a black product has been ordered.)

Superthreads Ltd cannot be held responsible for changes in garment colour due to manufacturer changes.

​

Superthreads Ltd cannot be held responsible for changes in vinyl print colours due to manufacturer changes.

​

Superthreads Ltd cannot be held responsible for changes in colour for any artwork provided in RGB format for CMYK print services.

PAYMENT

​

Default terms on all orderS - 100% of order payments must to be paid before the order goes into production.

Or, term 2 can be accepted on Superthreads Ltd written approval. 50% of the order can be paid before order goes into production and the remaining 50% payment must be paid before the order is dispatched. Superthreads Ltd can refuse to dispatch until the second part payment is received in full. Interest and stock storage fee will be charged if the remainder 50% is not paid past the delivery date given.

ORDER CANCELATIONS

​

Orders processed via email can only be cancelled up to 1 hour after the invoice has been generated.

​

Orders placed online may be cancelled for a full refund any point before it has been marked as dispatched. A fee will be applied for cancellation. 

​

Please note, refunds can take up to 7 business days before we can begin the process. Once you receive your refund confirmation email from ourselves, the time taken for the refund to complete is dependent on your card issuer.

LATE DELIVERIES

Superthreads Ltd will do everything within our power to ensure that orders are printed within the stated time, however Superthreads Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays in orders outside of our control.

Delivery times stated on product pages, through email and any other forms of communication with the team at Superthreads Ltd & the client are intended as a guide only.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED CLOTHING

Superthreads Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to garments supplied by you, the customer.

We always recommend using garments supplied by Superthreads Ltd as these are fully insured and will be replaced if any loss or damage occurs.

We are unable to offer a print guarantee on customer provided garments.
